Return & Refund Policy - Rayyan Hijab Store
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Return shipping: The buyer pays the cost of sending returned items back to us.
Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your parcel when you receive it. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us the same day with photos on WhatsApp 0312-2258088 or email royaltrade.pk@gmail.com.
How to start a return: Contact us on WhatsApp 0312-2258088 or at royaltrade.pk@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns sent to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will arrange your refund or exchange with you directly.
